This publisher is almost impossible to reach.Their salespeople are only franchisees, with absolutely zero control over billing.

And you may NEVER get a real human on the phone, only email addresses to contact that take days for a reply. Your dissatisfaction means nothing to either the "Area Director" franchisee/salesman or the N2 Publishing corporate office. DO NOT get into long term agreements with N2. You WILL regret it.

This is a terrible company. The worst experience we have ever had in print advertising. Do your research, look at other online reviews, and know that once the contract is signed, you are out of luck regardless of how dissatisfied you are.

That's *if* they will communicate with you at all.STEER CLEAR.

Thanks for sharing your feedback -- We're hoping we can help!As for communicating with our Home Office, we do aim to get back to everyone with billing questions within at least 48 hours.

While we know that may feel like a long time, we do need to coordinate with your local sales representative in order to understand how to best work with your account, and that communication may take some time. We do try to be diligent, though, in updating you throughout the process so you know what's happening. Recently, we've made several further adjustments to our communication practices to better serve our clients. We now have a Client Relations team specifically to merge the gap between you, your local representative, and our Home Office.

With this team in place, we've been able to provide even quicker communication so you our clients can get their questions answered.

As for your other concerns, we do pride ourselves as being an ethical business. In every business interaction, it's our goal to provide exactly what we promised we would.
